Bleeding - 7 weeks after circ (after Sex)

Last night after my wife and I made love - I was bleeding. I was circ 7 weeks ago and all the stitches are out but the bleeding was coming from directly under the glans where the skin attaches. Not sure what happened - got the OK from my Dr about 1 week ago - he said everything looked fine. Used lube during intercourse - but now concerned. Any suggestions besides calling my Dr - which I have. I am sore now - could I have torn something? anyone every had this problem? Thanks Gary
