Andy, thousands of uncircumcised men have used condoms over a period of many years, and I've never heard of their condition keeping them from using the protection successfully. However, since I have no foreskin myself I can't speak knowledgeably of how to go about it. I've been told you pull the foreskin all the way back, then unroll the condom to fit over the naked glans and the shaft behind it. Maybe you need to practice? Or maybe you really do have a problem? Without question it's possible to fit a condom onto a circumcised penis, but I doubt that it's really necessary to trim you penis to get it to fit a condom. Probably someone with more experience can give you real help here. Good luck! rjk.
