Too bad the doctor cut off too mucn skin. I've known guys who were cut 'long', and they've managed pretty well, though some didn't like the look of their penis. This won't stop your hard-on from pulling up the skin from your balls, but it might help the sex act to be a smoother, more comfortable experience: rub a little vegetable oil (cooking oil, canola oil, whatever -- even 'baby oil') on your glans and shaft at the start of sexual activity. This ought to help entry into your partner's vagina and make you both feel better.
