A good many men born in North America before circumcision became common kept their penises like this; a Michigan doctor coined the term 'autocircumcision' for the condition, i.e. a penis that looks circumcised without a history of the surgical operation. There are 2 ways of doing this, 1) simply pulling the foreskin right back behind the glans and leaving it there, which works well when the foreskin is willing to cooperate, and 2) when the foreskin is too long to stay 'skinned back', pulling it back as far as possible behind the glans, then rolling it inward on itself until it forms a sleeve behind the glans, which is thus left exposed. If you turn the rolled-up foreskin loose after this, it will promptly unroll and slip forward again into its usual position. But if you anchor it in place (rolled-up) with 2 or 3 pieces of adhesive tape and leave the tape on for 2 or 3 days, the skin will more than likely stay in its new location when you remove the tape. Literally millions of men born before World War II kept their foreskins rolled up like this, and some women were confused by it, thought they were in fact circumcised. In filling out questionnaires they reported their husbands as circumcised when in fact they were 'autocircumcised'.) If your overhang is too long it might not work, but the chances are that it will. It would be interesting to hear what your luck is if you try this. It's been an excellent substitute for circumcision for a good many men. Good luck! rjk.
