I'm not too sure....but i think i have phimosis...its not tight at all....but its a narrowing of a lot of dead skin on the tip of my penis..and its really been scarring the hell out of me.....i've even stopped masterbaiting for over a month now...i dont know what to do.....can someone help me please?
