There's no reason it would look different, only you will have some boy cheese there that your dick makes, but that doesn't really hurt anything even though some people say that it is so terrible.

Hmmm, no I didn't consider to have this done, I just kept stretching the tip until I could make the head pop out. I guess I just wanted to see what it looked like since everyone talks about it, because after I could make it come out, I didn't think it was so special as everyone seems to make it out to be.
