Danny, if all else fails with your problem (which doesn't seem to be a great one, but how YOU feel about it is what's important) you might find that a dorsal slit, which needn't be very long and which as a rule is minimally traumatic, would end the problem once and for all. I don't know how familiar Sydney doctors are with this procedure, since it seems to have gone out of vogue over the past 50 years or so. An old term for it was the 'French cut', apparently because the French have long used it instead of circumcision. You might read some of Spyros's postings to this forum (the most recent 30 July 2001) to get some insight on this approach. Best wishes, rjk.
