hey everyone...i got an important question....i have phimosis and i heard you need to stretch it in order to get it retracted again......i stretch it by taking the skin on the bottom of my penis and I pull it all the way down....so that the phimosis at the top get pulled back all the way......my question is, is this way of stretching it a good way?....i would appreciate it if someone could reply....thanks a lot.
