i have frenulum breve but it really only bothers me when my penis is fully erect and my foreskin is very tight when i pull it back, what i want to know is is about having it cut. can this be done in a doctors office easily or do u need to go into hospital for an opersation. i ahve had the same doctor for a few years and he is very nice and patient and halped me before when i had a very minor problem with me penis, would he be able to snip the frenulum in the office if i an appointment??
