As an answer to: Phimosis...IMPORTANT written by John quand at 02 Aug 2001 23:03:18:

From what I can gather, you need to stretch the diameter of the prepuce by inserting two digits into the opening and gently stretching sideways. This will eventually allow the foreskin to slide over the glans when the penis is erect. The method called Beauge Method is briefly described on the CIRP site at the following link. However, no sketches are shown ... pass on any information you can get.

>hey everyone...i got an important question....i have phimosis and i heard you need to stretch it in order to get it retracted again......i stretch it by taking the skin on the bottom of my penis and I pull it all the way down....so that the phimosis at the top get pulled back all the way......my question is, is this way of stretching it a good way?....i would appreciate it if someone could reply....thanks a lot.
