If you were to get circumcised, everything would look different. There would be no more covering over the glans, which then would take on a reddish coloration. There would be a prominent scar where the skin was cut.
Why no try to resolve the situation with stretching and/or betamethasone. You haven't said whether or not you have tried to loosen the tight skin. That's the logical first step. Don't sell your birthright for a quick fix.
