JEEZUZ mate, you're not planning a cruise, that's an excursion into a chamber of horrors. You've gotten advice before now listen again. Go round to your GP and get a prescription for Betamethazone cream, pick it up at the chemists and then use it like you're supposed to, very sparingly, only on the outside on the tight place and do your reasonable stretching the way the medication is designed to be used and how the medical types have found that works.
Other than that, enjoy the sun, food and take time for some serious wanking.
