I keep hearing all these words and I am really confused. I am 19 years of age and have had a tight foreskin since I can remember. At the end of the head there is a round "red" ring of skin, is this the "phimosis". I cannot retract AT ALL even when soft. I am quite shy, and won't go to my doctor, as I find my dick really sensitive, and I would be so embarresed if I gotta a hard on.. Please HELP.
