hey owen i have 2 say that was a great site.....but isn't it also as good if you were to just take your fingers and put a firm grip on the bottom of your penis...and gently pull down till discomfort?....i have phimosis and thats the way i do it....but please correct me if im wrong cuz i dont want to keep doing my stretching the wrong way and causing more problems......so owen or anyone else please respond to this whenever you can....thanks a lot....later
