>I only recently realised that I was havinga problem, although I always had trouble retracting my foreskin when erect. Its only when I tore my fernulum did i take serious note ofthe problem and came in search of information. I found the site on use of 0.5% Betamethasone cream and tried that approach for three weeks. During this period I definitely have made improvement and can pull back my foresking when reasonably (not fully) erect and the whitish sclerotic ring has all but disappeared. However, I began to develope a mild reaction to the cream as I started itching on my scalp and back. I have now discontinued the steroidal cream in favour of pure white petroleum jelly. Although this provides some amount of lubrication / softens up the skin, I am unable to retracct fully during an erection. The stretching methods are often quoted but no figures / drawings/ photos are available as guide. Can someone point me in the right direction, please?
Don't think you need a picture to pull this one off. Just take your index finger from each hand and insert each into the opening and pull in opposite directions, the right finger to the right; the left to the left. Pull gently so it doesn't hurt and hold for ten minutes. Do this every day preferably at shower time. Each time you pee, pull back the skin as far as it will comfortably go. You should see noticeable results in as little as two weeks. When you accomplish your goal, continue mild stretching for a couple of months to give time for new skin cells to fill in the gaps you have created by stretching. Don't overdo it though. Otherwise your foreskin will become too loose and you could lose some of the sensual feeling derived from the snugness.
