The reason i want it cut is it is very tight and uncomfterble and slightly painfull when i'm erect. I'm not sure if he does perform minor surgery, but i just want to know if it is possible for a quick snip, is there much bleedin or anything and do u have to wait for it to heal or anything or is it just cut and thats it and u can go home?? also is it tottaly cut in half so the frenulum isn't connected to anythin or is it justcut at either side to help it stretch.extend further???
