Point is, if you've not had sex with anyone else, you are very unlikely to have an infection, which is the only really bad thing that might cause such symptoms.

I suspect this pain is immediately after ejaculation and just represents a sort of "cramping" in the ejaculation muscles - some people feel ejaculation itself as discomfort, at least sometimes. If it goes away after a minute or less, I would not worry about it at all.

The other possibility, if it lasts a couple of minutes, is that the orgasm has affected your bowel activity and given you "wind" or "gas" pain.

It is usually uncomfortable and even completely unenjoyable to have an orgasm with a full bladder even if for men at least, the stimulation beforehand suppresses the pangs of the bladder (women with a full bladder usually dislike having it thrust against of course). Not to say that some of either sex do not actually enjoy such feelings of course - there is room for variation.

Again, I suspect you're quite OK. You might care to explain exactly when and for how long this pain occurs, and whether it is connected with a full bladder (such as in the morning before you get out of bed)? And presumably your ejaculation is normal? But you're probably fine in any case.
