> what should i do with that?I still don't see the point. So there is a vein there. Veins are normal on the penis as on the back of the hand (both parts hang down somewhat). What's the problem? It hurts? It bleeds? I don't think so. As far as I can see, a vein is a vein is a vein.
Just look after it and use it properly.
