sensitive glans

Hi ppls, my name is Rick. I have a problem where the head of my penis is EXTREMELY sensitive. At the age of 25 I just realised the foreskin should actually pull right back ! When I touch the head it hurts, when someone else touches it, it kills.BUT I may have found a way around this.Bear with me. I bought this spray at a local chemist called stud 100. its desensitises the penis head to prolong sex. I sprayed it on and my penis went numb for about 20 mins ! Now theres no pleasure when u cant feel anything BUT for the first time I could touch,slap,grab and rub the head.only for 20 mins but could I desensitise the head by rubbing it a bit everyday while numb, will it eventually go normal and not hyper-sensitive ? Also, what happens if I get the foreskin pulled back and it gets stuck behind the head, paraphimosis I think, how do I get it back over asap.
