It's a major shame that at your age now, that you are only now, dicovering whats behind your foreskin'just how many more men are out there like you.

I skin back and have done for years (that means leaving the foreskin permentaly

What do you expect; You just uncovered the the bigggest nerve center in your body to the open air after so long yes, yes, yes, its going to be sensitive
God dam it you really should have seen your glans at least twenty years ago.
Next thing you will be letting us know that you never jerked off(I am not being nasty but you have missed so much)
The only advice that I can give you is that you are now experiencing what most of us have done for years. the glans is nearly always sensitive to touch
In your case supersensitive which you will get use to after a while
The more exposure you can give it the more you can tolerate
It dosen't mean that it actually gets less sensitive you just get use to it and enjoy the feeling more
