A goodly percentage of males who aren't circumcised have a wank with the foreskin forward, tossing to and fro, manipulating the tip of the foreskin. Do some experimenting to see what feels good to you based on the limitations of your willy.
I've never met anyone who hadn't discovered the answer to that question by themselves satisfactorily and it doesn't seem the purpose of this forum to give wanking instructions.
