Frenulum breve confirmed. Not catastrophic.

Amen to that in total and that's what I'd suggest also - it won't do you any harm to try and stretch it. Unless perhaps you tear it and that's not a catastrophe either. In fact, tearing it during sex (without warning!) is relatively common and if you think about it for but a moment, compares directly with tearing of a woman's hymen.

Condoms can be tricky at times. Pull the foreskin right back as you have described while you put the condom on, then let the foreskin slip forward, folding the condom inside if it wants to. At that point, the condom does what it does and you will be neither better nor worse than any other guy, intact or cut.

Whilst you may be concerned about "feeling very little" during intercourse, I doubt whether you fail to come and does your partner have complaints? I suspect not! If your partner is as enthusiastic as you, she probably is very wet and slippery (as she should always be if you are to have intercourse), and you might not feel much anyway. You have perhaps experimented with pulling the foreskin - and condom - back at the base of your penis whilst thrusting?

Remember many men complain of too much stimulation and coming too soon - especially for the partner.
