Can't say but in general, if it does not irritate you, don't fuss over it.
Presuming you have not had sex with another person, the only infection you can cop is "thrush" (Candida) and if that irritates you - it is a very common annoyance to girls for starters - you use something from the chemist like Canesten or Daktarin.
