If you say its only after you've wanked yourself off, and that the "rust" is white, and you don't detail any discomfort, itching or irritation, my suspicion is that its semgma or boy cheese which is being moved forward towards the tip of your foreskin as you have a toss.
Are you able to pull your foreskin right back to have a wash in the groove behind the knob? If not, it seems that possibly the movement of your foreskin going to and fro is bringing it forward, which is another natural way of getting rid of it.
