There's a favourite adage: "Use it or Lose it". This certainly applies here.
Specifically, these body parts need to be kept working (you may make some interesting interpretations of this, and many of them are likely true to some extent), so once you achieve the proper stretch of your foreskin, you keep stretching it regularly. Not difficult, as I have posted before, you should develop the habit of retracting when you wash (avoid soap; water is generally sufficient, an unperfumed bath oil might be useful if you get sticky smegma), also retracting when you pee. Even better, whenever you have an erection, which means when you wake in the morning and are half drowsy and have an erection (pretty much always at your age, I'd say), that's the time to pull it back awhile before you're ready to get up and drain it!
Now I get some flak about this "retract every time you pee" bit. It's quite simple really, if you have no problems with your foreskin, then it is not critical, but is probably just a little bit more hygienic to reduce the amount of pee left under the foreskin. But for any guy who does have a foreskin retraction problem, he really must make this a habit for maintenance.
