Paracetamol 500 mg with Codeine 30 mg, I expect.

There's certainly no point in keeping them at two weeks, getting whatever are left removed would be a good idea.

I have a sneaky suspicion that doctors frequently mis-diagnose common chronic thrush (Candida) infection (skin goes shiny, gets redder and may have a whitish coating) as BXO (Lichen Sclerosis et Atrophicus) which is actually quite uncommon, because they learnt about the latter in medical school or read an article about it once, and they don't necessarily teach in medical school just how horribly common and persistent Candida is.

Cure? Well, just hope you don't develop LSA on your fingers is all I can say!

BXO - tight skin, goes very smooth and cracks, may have some irritation.

Chronic Candidiasis - tight skin, goes a bit smooth and cracks, tends to redden and itch a lot.
