I had a few remaining stitches near the tail end of the two weeks (the time I was told it'd take for them to disolve). However, between days 10 and 13, I cut them and pulled them out. It wasn't painful to do it, but it was pretty scary as I didn't know what to expect. I had to give them a slight tug - it's kind of like unthreading a shoe!
