I am not sure to exactly understand all that you say but I think, you make a mistake, because just when you say: "I have to", about sex, I think it's a mistake (I know every body don't have same opinion thane mime) because sex is just a game (it's the most important part to understand) and so you can't be in such a way to have to do something. I think if you bleed during this play, you will not be able to have fun unless if you are sadistic. If you are, I think it's ok for you, if you are not, you may more pay attention to your body and try to just listen what feel good for your penis.
