Well, I am just answering for the case when you are ready to use a condom - I think you will manage OK.
Some condoms are sold with lubricant (silicone) already applied. Otherwise there are various lubricants - some actually flavoured(!), sold wherever they sell the condoms.
If your glans was excessively sensitive, you might need to apply a quite small drop of the lubricant on it before putting the condom on, but in general it is important not to put lubricant inside the condom, but rather on the outside (or better, apply it inside the girl/ woman!).
It's not something you should buy without taking the time to study all that is available and the descriptions of each option, so just be patient - this is a pre-requisite for whatever you do...
