First of all, slow down. Sex is not a race but a journey. Learn to enjoy it. Second, try to examine your means of stretching. Are you doing this when the skin is warm. Are you doing it gently so there is no pain? Are you holding it for a reasonable length of time?
You may wish to have your doctor prescribe a cortisone cream that would help the skin to loosen up a bit.
