Just Found Out I Have Frenelum Breve!!

i got a a major problem....i have frenelum breve which i have just discovered because my frenelum always bleeds after i erect from masterbaition........i had always tought it was phimosis and have been stretching it a lot........my first question is what stretching techniques should i use now.....since it is frenelum breve.......and second everytime i masterbait it always tears and bleeds.......this is because i must be putting a lot of pressure and doing it focefully when i retract the penis to masterbait............how would i masterbait now because if i dont do it with force it does bleed less but its really hard to erect and with force makes it easy to erect.....anywayz i am dying to know what to do........if anyone can answer either or both questions that would be great.....thanks a lot in advance to everyone.
