This is not an Anti-Circ site but we can't say that remove a perfectly functional penis part is an intelligent option even in a no Anti-Circ site. Unless in few case like cancer for example or of course if it's you own choice for your own body but in such case, I think you must to be really sure because it will never be possible to go back. And of course in such way it's only good for you so we have to say to other people: "ok he want it so he can do it because he is consent and he know the procedure but that's usually a terrific bad way for many people".
