Buddy, you aren't getting it yet. You have to be more gentle with yourself or you will cause yourself more damage. If you are causing bleeding, something is wrong and eventually scar tissue will prevent some flexibility in the tissue. You probably should see a doctor about what is really going on. You don't have to give in to unecessary surgery, but a minor procedure may be your only choice if you continue to hurt yourself.
