Sounds like a simple case of your not having done your homework. BXO is rare, and it doesn't sound like you have symptons. Your age indicates it is just a carryover of the condition of most youngsters. Start some stretching exercises. The idea is to stretch the frenar band or opening area of the foreskin. Pulling left and right simultaneously will do the trick. You need to be gentle but persistant. Daily exercises of ten minutes, twice a day if possible should get you some relief in as little as two weeks. To become fully retractible, you'll need to work faithfully on it for six weeks or longer. Remember to continue applying tension even after achieving enough flexibility to allow movement of the skin. The extra time is needed for the cells to grow into the spaces you have created by stretching. Report back here periodically with your progress as well as your questions and concerns. Don't do anything that hurts.
