i had mine done a few months ago and had a bit of a rough time (see my posts further down and on the fathermag site!) it is ok now though, mainly just getting used to the sensitivity of the glans, the stitches (if self-dissolving) should do just that after a couple of weeks, and will break, slide out and wash away in the shower, you shouldn't need to get them pulled out. don't worry about all that disgusting dead skin on the surface, it does all just slowly come off, and it will replace itself eventually - just remember to keep everything clean and not to mess with it too much (once a day for dressing change should be adequate). i thought my fiasco would never end, but it did - all will be ok before you know it.
