HELP!

Hi, I'm 25 and have been unable to retract my foreskin for as long as I can remember. It looks all shrivelled up with a little nose at the end.!! I have a very understanding Girl, and as long as we take it fairly easy, sex is no problem. After lots of sex, the foreskin stretches a little, but no where near enough to come back over the head. Over the past few months I have also had a few probs getting and staying hard, and I have been wondering if this may be related to my foreskin 'restricting" my erection, or being afraid that it might rip. has anyone undergone any surgery or treatment to successfully correct this? I have been considering it but dont know where to start. Preputioplasty sounds like a good idea.... anyone had it done? TIA Rob
