Why would it not be possible? Consider that whilst it's not too common - perhaps one or two percent, that most of the world is not circumcised, so even at half a percent, that would be many million men, and they obviously have had kids. (Well, most of them. Actually, about 5 to 10% of couples are infertile but you don't hear too much about that. Un-retractable foreskins do not contribute to this - if only it was so easy a problem!)

Now, a condom could actually be an advantage! There are two things about condoms. Firstly, since you produce "pre-cum", the inside of the condom fairly rapidly becomes very slippery so that there is very little force tending to pull the foreskin back, so if this was a source of discomfort (due to tightness) without the condom, it will be less so with.

Secondly, there is a tendency for men to dislike wearing condoms because they can detect the "feel" of the rubber on their glans as "unnatural", certainly "different" (because it doesn't stretch like skin does). If in fact, your glans is still covered by the foreskin, the condom should be pretty much undetectable.

There are those who assert that having the foreskin present over the glans prevents you appreciating the feel of the vagina. Whilst obviously true to some extent, the glans actually isn't that "smart"! You may imagine it to be sensitive, but compared to your lips or tongue (which have a huge representation, at least a third, in your brain sensory areas), it's hopeless! (The whole penis and scrotum maps to about two or three percent of sensory cortex.)
