Paul B.'s comment is spot on Mark. Your willy will shrink at various other times too, like after you've had a wash, but the fact that it goes all krinkly on you doesn't have anything to do with whether your foreskin is tight or not, cos it happens to cut boys too. I've noticed that most uncut boys do what I've always done and that's grab the tip of my foreskin and stretch things out all the way. Dunno what cut boys do other than give it a wag.
