You should be careful about making your penis bleed heavily! The bleeding is a sign you are being too rough. Your penis is no doubt soft and tender. Be very gentle with it, at least until it gets more used to the way you are moving the skin. (Have you only recently started masturbating like this?)

Try masturbating in the bath with lots of warm/hot water (but do not rub soap on your penis and don't use lots of soap or other chemicals in the water). Try going very slowly - you will enjoy the sensations just as much! Try to never rush just to make yourself come. Lift your foreskin very gently with your fingertips to see where it is pulling tight. You can then begin to very slowly (a little, each day) stretch just in the right places. Since you say your meatus is bleeding, you must be rubbing the end too roughly. If you cannot masturbate in a bathtub with lots of water - make sure you put lots of salvia (spit) on the end of your penis - if this dries, but on lots more! If you have pre-cum this is also very useful to lubricate and help keep your penis head (glans) and foreskin soft. Do not rub off your pre-cum. Moving your foreskin fully forward over the glans will help to keep the end moist - and feeling wonderful! So don't just be pulling your foreskin back. Above all: Move your skin VERY GENTLY! With salvia and/or lots of pre-cum, your penis will feel great. Go SLOWLY. Enjoy! And good luck!
