I'm not too sure about the skin sample. I would suggest though seeing a qualified individual to seek advice from. It maybe that you have mis-diagnosed yourself and that you don't have the condition you think you do. However, if you read accounts from people who have suffered with similar conditions on the site I'm sure they would encourage you to get a professional opinion as there can be painful effects of leaving conditions untreated.
