"Goose flesh" on penis skin???

When I strech my penis skin with both hands in separate direction and if I examine skin very thoroughly I can see very-small dots(something like when you have goose flesh) all over on my skin(specialy on the side of penis where are pubic hair). This dots are not seen otherwise(without thorough exam). Maybe I have it from my birth but I didn't noticed it earlier. Do every people have this,do this things belong to skin anatomy. I'm asking you to please examine yourself and report with your findings!
