Cleaning after urination

After I urinate some of the urin droplet stays in my tight foreskin. I use 2 methods for cleaning: cleaning with toilet paper and cleaning with towel which I use only for this,otherwise noone uses it(I change towel every week). Are this two methods healthy and good for hyhgiene reasons or should I just let it be wet? Which one is better: toilet paper or clean towel?
