treatment of phimosis

Sir,
I am a 18 years old Indian who is suffering from phimosis.Unfortunate for it was only some days ago that I came to know about the functioning of foreskin,that it retracts while erect or by gentle stretching.I am an engeneering student and have only moderate knowldge in anatomy of penis(sexual education is considered to be undesirable in india).When I read in a book that ,normally,foreskin of a full grown adult can slide over the glands,I was greatly surprised!My foreskin is very thick and folded inward,it does not retract even slightly ,while erect or by stretching.By stretching it widens so that the tip of glands is seen.When I tried to stretch it forward I found that it has some kind of adhesion with glands.This is the situation.I am unable to clean my glans and as a result ,I fear,i am suffering from skin diseases.I think that it is BXO type of phimosis,for which circumcision is inevitable.I don't masturbate and at some times ejacultion occures while sleeping,which is followed by irritation and foul smell in penis.Some soures say that masturbation will help the normal functioning of foreskin.I am in a dilemma and wnat to avoid circumcision at the cost of anything.I am in deep love with a girl and she is my best friend.I want to know if phimosis will prevent me from leading a happy sexual life in future,so that I can tell her and persuade her for another relation.I also want to know if there is any alternate therapy other than circumcision.If you are kind enough to help me please mail to me at tomes64in-yahoomail.com.
