Unless you develop an allery to the dyes I wouldn't be concerned. Any dyes used in toilet paper are probably pretty safe. Why not just buy white toilet paper?
Have tried to do any stretching of the tight foreskin? It isn't all that difficult and would solve a lot of cleaning challenges for you.
