Well, in any area. If however you count bone as a tissue, that is a bit more difficult. (;-)

Confusion perhaps from reading the "mission statement" material on this site. It's a bit like every second poster coming here saying he thinks he has BXO when it's 99% certain he hasn't anything like it!

I'd suggest that fraenulum breve and phimosis do tend to be bedfellows! If you can't retract the foreskin as a child, then the fraenulum will not be as readily stretched as a result. However, the "boy toy" trick of infants of walking around holding their foreskin and stretching it out, away from the body rather than retracting it, would tend to stretch the fraenulum even if not the preputial opening, so one might suspect that some boys are simply unfamiliar with this.

It would follow that this procedure is a good one for an adult as therapy as well as a test for fraenulum breve.
