That's a pretty amazing coincidence.
Nevertheless.
If you think your glans is too sensitive because it isn't used to being out of your foreskin, go get some "personal lubricant" (substitutes just will not do!) such as is sold along with condoms, put some of that on your glans, then try touching it or stroking it. I think you'll find it works quite well, very sensitive, but not painful.
That's what it would be like to have intercourse with a partner who is ready for it, and thus lubricated (wet); your foreskin either slips back as you enter her, or you can pull it back from the base of your penis once you are in her.
I'm not suggesting you deliberately start hunting for a partner - all in due course, but using the lubricant will give you an idea of how it's supposed to be. If in the meantime you practice pulling your foreskin back; to wash, to pee (urinate) and to masturbate, the sensitivity will settle down a bit anyway. It doesn't count as a problem, it is actually desirable, exactly like a girl's clitoris, as you will discover in due course, also. (In fact, if you have sensitive glans, you will be at great advantage over other boys, in understanding how to treat girls.)
