Generally not necessary, if it works for you, OK, but if you get any irritation, don't do it.

Most likely. If it isn't too sensitive, use a warm, wet facewasher (washcloth).

If you can get at the glans (penis head) to wash it, why do you say you have phimosis? Your previous post mentioned a "tight" foreskin, but if it pulls back so you see the "corona" (rolled-over part at the back of the glans), that is perfectly fine.

What you do need to do is to pull it back that far more often, notably every time you pee (urinate) and as part of masturbation if you do that (you don't need to touch the glans, but just pulling the tight foreskin over it and back feels nice).
