I don't understand everyone's fixation with having BXO. The most common cause of acquired phimosis is recurrent scaring due to infections or forced retraction of your foreskin when young. It would seem quite likely that you would remember both. Thus, from what you are describing, you have congenital phimosis -- naturally occuring -- which will respond brilliantly to stretching and the use of Betamethazone as an aid.
