Stretching cream

I injured my penis about 6 months ago when I used a tad too much force during a stretching exercise (be warned). Thankfully the pain has now subsided to the point where I want to start stretching again. Can some one please remind me of the name of the cream that can be applied to aid stretching. Please don't give a brand name but the name of the active ingredient ... some kind of steroid I think.
