Well, yes and no. The part with the skin bridge will not pull back. You likely have a skin bridge if you can pull back the foreskin and can see most of the corona - the "rolled-over" part at the back of the penis, but not all of it. Note however that there is the fraenulum on the underneath where the corona comes forward to meet the meatus (pee hole), so do not get this confused.

> How do you know if you have them if you can't pull the foreskin back and see?

This can be easily determined by inflating the foreskin by pinching the opening shut and peeing so that it balloons.

> Can you have sex if you have them?

Yes, though they might pinch a bit (but you would already know this from masturbation of course). Skin bridges may be able to be pulled loose (as normally and automatically happens in little boys) by pulling the foreskin forward rather than back.

> Does it matter if you skin bridges if you already have phimosis?

If you have phimosis, the thing to concentrate on is stretching the tight part until it will slip over the glans (penis head). If you have skin bridges, they need to be separated at some time, either you manage to pull them loose or you may need to see a doctor to do it for you (but if he should start suggesting circumcision, you would need to find a competent one instead!).
